Location, staff, view.
The only minor moan, was about the breakfast. Very repetitive - scrambled eggs every morning. If they are fresh it would have been better, but their quality declines when kept in a bain-marie.

Beautiful historic and quiet.
Really lovely hotel, historic with lots of character. It took less than 5 mins to walk to the main square and every museum was closer than that but it’s in a quiet street. There are restaurants directly opposite which were lovely. The breakfast was lovely. The family room was huge and very quiet. I would absolutely stay again. We drove to Bruges but had a large van so parked it at the train station and got a taxi in which cost little (around £20 for 3 days) and took around 10 minutes.

An amazing hotel with lift in central Brugges
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful hotel for 4 nights, the staff are so friendly and polite. The comfort room was big, clean and very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern and amazing. The lift in this hotel was very useful. 2 free bottles of water were put in our room every day. This hotel was very central and had 2 entrances. If one day I will go back to Brugges, I will definitely stay at Martin's relais once again. Thank you all for making our stay special.
